Covid-19 track and trace system for pubs

Ahead of easing of Coronavirus restrictions for pubs on the 4th July, landlords may be required to ask for their patrons name and contact details. We have developed a low-cost system that allows you to do just that.

We think that this will:

- Free up your time as you don't have to patrol the pub taking details

- Help your staff maintain social distancing

- Reduce the amount of paper you need to store

- Show your customers you take their safety seriously

- If you need to report who was in your pub around a certain time then that is a five minute job

Step 1 - QR Code or staff sign-up

You will access your system using a unique website address. We will supply you with QR codes which customers can scan in order to sign-in or a member of your team could do this manually.

Step 2 - Fill in the form

Your customers will complete a simple form that works on all devices. This will take just seconds to complete.

Step 3 - Delete old data

After 21 days the system will automatically delete old data so you can continue to comply with GDPR regulations.
