A national membership organisation supporting hundreds of members needed a platform that could manage both people and process.

Founded in 2001, Doula UK supports approximately 700 doulas working across the UK, ensuring each member completes required training, mentoring, and adherence to its code of conduct.

As the organisation grew in membership and complexity, managing registrations, training records, mentoring, and subscription payments became increasingly difficult to handle through existing systems.

The platform needed to give the internal team proper control over member data and workflows, while making services and information easier to access for members themselves.
